Ex-cell Property Management L.L.C. is a full-service property management company.  With our rental properties, we handle all aspects of management from Owner to Tenant, but go above and beyond these requirements to offer our clients and tenant the complete maintenance service, cleaning, snow removal and lawn care on all properties.  

We ensure the condition of the rental property by performing walk-throughs of each rental, and respond quickly to all maintenance needs.  We have a 24 hour emergency line to handle any after hour emergencies.We prepare monthly statements by the 15th of each month.  We offer direct deposits of all rent so owners get all payments quickly and on time.  Because we have established a limit on the number of properties we will manage, our property Owners are confident that their investment is being managed properly and professionally.  We know each of our Owners and Tenants by name, and therefore can conduct business and interact with them on a more personal level.  We believe that this makes their experience as Owner or Tenant more enjoyable and free of worry.  We are "dedicated to your peace of mind".

I Deanna Hughes as the owner of Ex-cell Property Management am hands on in all aspects of my company.  I have over 22 years experience in the property management industry.  I have managed single family homes, apartment buildings, Condominium Corporations and Home Owners Associations.  I have had many years of continuing education in the property management field.  I am available to my tenants and owners to meet with or talk with at all times. 

We do full background checks on all of our tenants that include credit, criminal, employment and rental history.  No applicant is approved without the owner of the company reviewing and signing off on the approval.


We will step in to a property and help new owners with difficult situations with no additional costs to you!!  


Lawn Maintenance/Landscaping, Maintenance, & Snow Removal


I Stephen Hughes also owner of Ex-cell Property Management have over 20 years experience in construction/maintenance. I am a Journeyman Carpenter and take pride in the work I do. I oversee all crews to make sure all work is completed to top quality. Our crews give their full attention to what the finished appearance of the property will be upon completion of the job.



Lawn/Snow Removal Service We service clients on a scheduled or one-time basis, maintaining the lawns and landscaping as specified by the client. Our crews also accommodate special requests such as (but not limited to) pruning branches, and planting landscaping beds, and moving large items for customers. We also provide sprinkler system care and maintenance.


Our crews will plow and shovel according to the client’s needs. We are careful and mindful of the specific needs of each customer, and always leave access to the mail service. We work within the customer’s requirements regarding time, snowfall base, and amount of detail necessary.


Maintenance This aspect of our company tends to the maintenance needs of many customers. We can schedule a crew to work on your light plumbing or electrical needs, repair windows and doors, interior/exterior painting/patching, or even help with installing curtain rods and much more.



We also will do exterior construction cleanup as pertains to the property or exterior of the buildings to include roofs, gutter cleaning and repairs, decks, exterior painting, clean exterior windows and power wash the exterior of the property.




Residential Cleaning


We specialize in deep “move-out” or “move-in” cleanings. Our crews take great care and interest in maintaining and improving the personal atmosphere of each home. Our method is “ceiling to floor” and our properties show well!!
